NEW TERRITORIES REGULATION BILL-The Attorney General moved that the Council resolve itself into a Committee of the whole Council to consider the Bill entitled An Ordin- ance to consolidate and amend the laws relating to the administration and regulation of the New Territories.

The Colonial Secretary seconded.

Council in Committee on the Bill.

Council resumed, and Bill reported with amendinents.

The Attorney General moved that the Bill be read a third time.

The Colonial Secretary seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Bill read a third time.

Question put-that this Bill do pass.

Bill passed.

Departure of Major-GenERAL BROADWOOD.-His Excellency the Officer Administer- ing the Government addressed the Council with reference to the departure from the Colony of His Excellency the General Officer Commanding the Troops.

ADJOURNMENT, -The Council then adjourned sine die.

Resolation passed by the Legislative Council under the prG- visions of Section 3 of the Liquors rdinances, 1909-1910, on the 29th day of December, 1910.

Resolved that the sum of $112 as an Import Allowance for the year 1910 be paid out of the Public Revenue of the Colony as a rebate in part to the Naval Authorities in respect of the duties paid on intoxicating liquors (not being Naval Stores the property of His Majesty) consumed at the Officers' Mess at the Royal Naval Hospital and at the Engineers' Mess in His Majesty's Dockyard.
