The Minutes of the last Meeting, held on the 29th September, 1910, were read and confirmed.
FINANCIAL MINUTES.-The Colonial Secretary laid on the table Financial Minutes Nos. 83 and 84, and moved that they be referred to the Finance Committee :-

REPORT OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE.-The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committee dated the 29th September, 1910, and moved its adoption.

APPROPRIATION BILL.The Colonial Secretary moved that the Council resolve itself into a Coininittee of the whole Council to consider the Bill entitled An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Six million and forty-two thousand five hundred and forty-three Dol- lars to the Public Service of the year 1911.
The Colonial Treasurer seconded.
