Report of the Finance Committee dated the 15th September, 1910, and moved its adoption.

APPLOIRIATION BILL.-The Colonial Secretary moved the Second reading of the Bill en titled An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Six million and forty-two thousand five Lundred and forty-three Dollars to the Public Service of the year 1911.

The Colonial Treasurer seconded.

Mr. H&WETT, Mr. OSBORNE, Mr. WEI YUK, The Director of Public Works and His Excellency the (fficer Administering the Government addressed the Council.

Question-put and agreed to.

Bill read a second time.

The Colonial Secretary moved that the Bill be referred to the Finance Committee. The Colonial Treasurer seconded.

PHARMACY FURTHER AMENDMENT BILL.-The Attorney General moved that the Bill entitled An Ordinance to amend the Pharmacy Amendment Ordinance, 1910, be re-com- mitted.

The Colonial Secretary seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Council in Committee on the Bill.

Council resumed, and Bill reported with amendment.

The Attorney General moved that the Bill be read a third time.

The Colonial Secretary seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Bill read a third time.

Question put-that this Bill do pass.

Bill passed.

ADJOURNMENT.—The Council then adjourned until Thursday, the 6th October, 1910.
