39. The Government will provide and maintain suitable Head Quarters for Providing the use of the Corps.

41. The Staff Officer shall also perform the duties of Quartermaster.

42. The Corps Sergeant-Major shall also perform the duties of Quarter- Corps Quar- master Sergeant.

Institute.
43. The Commandant may, with the approval of the Governor, make Regimental regulations for the management of the Regimental Institute.
44.-(1.) The following books shall be kept by the Staff Officer :—
(a.) Muster Roll ;
(b.) Record of Attendance at Parades, Drills, Gun, Rifle, and Revolver
Practices;
(e.) Account of Receipts and Expenditure;
(d.) Stock Book for Stores ; and
(e.) Order Book for Stores.

(2.) Periodical returns and reports shall be rendered by the Commandant as Sixth set forth in the Sixth Schedule to these Regulations.
45. The Hongkong Volunteer Regulations, 1908, are hereby revoked.

FORM OF ENROLLMENT OF VOLUNTEER,
I, A.B., being desirous of becoming an active member of the Hongkong Vo- lunteer Corps and having been duly admitted thereto, do hereby engage to be bound by any Ordinance or Ordinances for the time being in force relating to Vo- lunteers, also by any rules and regulations for the time being in force in the Corps.
