Note.-Ordinary unstamped forms may be used by consignec in respect of the delivery of articles carried at half parcels rates. viz., fresh fish, fruits, vegetables, bazaar baskets, bread, meat. ice and other perishable articles, and by Government Officials being in their official capacity, consignees of animals, goods or parels when the Railway Receipt is not produced by them.
