No. 277.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to promote Lieutenants MoWBRAY STAFFORD NORTHCOTE and WILLIAM MURRAY SCOTT to the rank of Captain in the Hongkong Volunteer Corps vice Captain T. SKINNER resigned and Captain W. NICHOLSON resigned, with effect from the 24th March, 1910, and the 18th August, 1910, respectively.
