It is hereby notified that the TAI YICK firm of No. 117, Wing Lok Street, Victoria in this Colony, has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of its Mark No. 200 of 1909, as ap; lied to Vermillion, ye'low lead oxide, minium (red lead), lead carbonate and pigments, in Class 1; and that the same has been duly registered.

No. 824.-It is hereby notified for general information that the registration of Memorials of Re-entry by the Crown of Demarcation District No. 79 Lot No. 959 and Demarcation District No. 140 Lot No. 108 on the 25th day of October, 1909, has been can- celled.

No. 825.-It is hereby notified that the following Sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Beaconsfield, Hongkong, at 2.30 p.m., on Wednesday, the 29th day of December, 1909.

The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898. with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as Building Lots, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Govern- ment Notification No. 365 of 1906.

The amount to be spent in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 on Lot No. 673 is $50 and on each of the other Lots $100.
