NOTICES.

COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.

No. 804.-It is hereby notified that under the provisions of the Public Holidays Ordinance, 1875, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1875), the following days, namely, Saturday, the 25th December, and Monday, the 27th December, 1909, and Saturday, the 1st January, 1910, will be kept as Public Holidays, and Thursday, the 10th February, 1910, will be kept as a Bank Holiday in the Colony.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of Section 8 of the aforesaid Ordinance, Monday, the 3rd January, 1910, and Friday, the 11th February, 1910, to be observed as a Public and a Bank Holiday respectively, in addition to the above holidays.

No. 805. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to exclude, under the provisions of Section 3 of the Public Holidays Ordinance, 1875, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1875), as amended by Ordinance No. 29 of 1909, the Police Magistrates' Department from the operation of the said Ordinance, on Monday, the 27th day of December, 1909, Monday, the 3rd January, 1910, and Friday, the 11th February, 1910.
