16. Form No. 10 in the First Schedule to the Principal Amendmeur Ordinance is hereby amended by striking out the words of Form
Adjunet Licence in such Form and by substituting therefor the words “ Restaurant Adjunct Liconco”, and by inserting the following as additional conditions of the said licenco :-
“(1.) No Public or Private Bar to bo kupt,
(2.) Intoxicating liquors shall only be sold for cop- sumption on the premises and only in con- junction with a bona fide meal for which a charge of at least thirty cents can be reasonably made.
(3.) Intoxicating liquors shall only be sold between the hours of 12.30 p.m. and 2,30 p.m. and 6 p.m. and 9 p., and at no other time.”
17. The First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is Addition of hereby amended by the addition of the Form No. 10x in new Form the Schedule horeto,
18. Forms Nos. 12 and 13 in the First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance are hereby repealed and the Form No. 12 in the Schedule hereto is substituted therefor.

19. It shall be lawful for the Governor-in-Council by Provision notification to be published in the Gazette "from time to time to appoint such officer as he may think fit to exercise and duties all or any of the powers and to perform all or any of the of the duties which are under the Principal Ordinance vested in Colonial the Colonial Secretary.
