16. As soon as may be after the acceptance of an Issue of application the said Licensing Board shall notify licences. the Colonial Treasurer thereof; whereupon the Colonial Treasurer shall, upon payment of the prescribed fee, issue to the applicant a licence in the Form No. 9, the Form No. 10 or the Form No. 10A in the First Schedule to this Ordinance according to the nature of the licence applied for.
17. Every publican's or adjunct licence shall be valid Duration of

Transfer of Publican's and Adjunct Licences.
18. The said Licensing Board may, in their disere- Transfer of
tion and subject to payment of the prescribed licence. fee, direct the transfer, in respect of the same premises, of any publican's or adjunct licence to the nominee of the original holder of such licence, such nominee making a like applica- tion as if applying for a licence on his own behalf. A note of such transfer shall be endorsed by the Colonial Treasurer upon the licence. The applicant or twenty householders within a radius of quarter of a mile of the pre- mises licensed or to be licensed shall be entitled to appeal to the Governor-in-Council with respect to any decision of snch Board under this section.
Death or Insolvency of Licensee.

Removal of Business.
186. The said Licensing Board may permit or refuse Removal of

A note of the grant of such permission shall be endorsed by the Colonial Treasurer on the licence. The applicant or twenty house- holders within a radius of quarter of a mile of the premises to which the applicant desires to transfer shall be entitled to appeal to the Governor-in-Council with respect to any decision of such Board under this section."
