Application for Registration of Trade Mark.

of Hongkong and elsewhere have on the 24th day of September 1909 applied for the regis tration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Thade Mark :-

The representation of the left side of a stag standing on a rope with his right foreleg raised in the air the whole being enclosed in a garter on which is written Recte Agens Neminem Timeto" meaning thereby effective uprightness is feared by no one

in the name of REISS & Co. who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods in the fo lowing classes:—

2. In Class 39 in respect of Paper (cxeept paper banging), Stationery and Book- binding.

3. In Class 25 in respect of Cotton Goods not included in classes 23, 24 and 38.

4. In Class 13 in respect of Metal Goods !

not incinded in other classes.

5. In Class 35 in respect of Woollen and

Worsted and Hair Goods not included! in classes 53 and 54.

6. In Class 50 in respect of :—

1. Goods manufactured from ivory bone or wood not included in other classes.

2. Goods manufactured from straw or grass not included in other classes.

3. Goods manufactured from animal and veetable substances not in. cluded in other classes.

4. Tobacco papers.

5. Umbrellas walking sticks brushes

and combs.

6. Furniture cream plate powder.

7. Tarpaulins tents rickcloths rope

twine.

8. Buttons of all kinds other than of precious metal or imitations thereof.

9. Packing and hose of all kinds. 10. Goods not included in the fore-

going classes.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and of the Undersigned.
