The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of the following goods :—

Carbolic Acid for Use in Mauufactures, in Class 1; Carbolic Acid or Preparations thereof for Agricultural, Horticultural, Veterinary, and Sanitary Purposes, in Class 2; Carbolic Acid or Preparations thereof for Use in Medi- cine and Pharmacy in Class 3; Hard and Soft Soap included in Class 47; Perfumery (includ- ing Toilet Articles, Preparations for the Teeth and Hair, and Perfumed Soap), in Class 48.
