6. Should any party whose tender is accepted fail to comply with these conditions or any of them, the sum deposited by him shall be forfeited to the Government and the tender or tenders made by him shall thereupon be deemed to be cancelled, and he shall be liable to make good any loss or damage which the Government may incur through his failure to comply with such conditions.

No. 719.-It is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 22nd November, 1909, for providing and fixing boundary stones to lots in the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies during the year 1910.

For Form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. 720.-It is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 22nd November, 1909, for the supply and delivery of Stores required by the Public Works Department during the year 1910.

For Form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. 721.-It is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 22nd November, 1909, for the supply and delivery of Iron and Brass Work required by the Public Works Department during the year 1910.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. 722.-It is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 22nd November, 1909, for additions to No. 2 Police Station.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

No. 723-It is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 22nd November, 1909, for the maintenance, repair and minor extension of:-

Roads, Streets and Bridges,

Telegraph and Telephone Lines, Praya Walls,

Public Cemeteries, Recreation Grounds and relative works,

in the Colony of Hongkong, British Kowloon and the New Territories during the year 1910.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.
