HARBOUR MASTER'S DEPARTMENT,

No. 713. It is hereby notified that all persons intending to apply for Seamen's Boarding House Licences for the year 1909-1910, under Section 6 of Ordinance 10 of 1899, should send in their applications in writing to this Office, on or before Monday, the 15th November, 1909, stating accurately position of the house.

Before a licence can be issued, the applicant will be required to produce the consent of a Police Magistrate.
