Regulation made by the Governor-in-Council under Section 3 of the Public Places Regulation Ordinance, 1870, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1870), this 4th day of November, 1909.

No person shall sit or stand upon any part of the railings of Blake Pier.

No. 704.

Regulations made by the Governor-in-Council this 4th day of November, 1909, under Section 55 (h) of the Liquors Ordinance, 1909, (Ordinance No. 27 of 1909), for exempting ship's stores from duty.

1. Intoxicating Liquors required for use as ship's stores and removed from a King's or Licensed Warehouse to the ship for whose use they are required under an export permit in Form No. 9 in which the words "for ship's stores" have been substituted for the words

for export to......

are hereby exempted from duty. The cases or vessels containing all such liquors shall be clearly and permanently marked on at least three sides in letters not less than three inches long with the words "Ship's Stores

and the name of the ship, and when so marked shall be exempt from the provisions of Section 12 of the Ordinance, but shall be subject to Sections 10, 11, 14, 15 and 16.

2. No liquors exempted under these Regulations shall be removed from any ship while in the waters of the Colony.

3. No liquors exempted under these Regulations shall be sold or supplied to any person unless such person is either on the ship's articles or a passenger in the ship.

No. 705.-His Excellency the Governor-in-Council has been pleased to direct, under Section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1903), that, the name of Mr. ALEXAnder ColbourNE LITTLE be added and that of Mr. DONALD MACDONALD be restored to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 37 of the 21st January, 1909.
