EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 609.

Regulation made by the Governor-in-Council under Section 4 of The Theatres and Public Performances Regulation Ordinance, 1908, (Ordinance No. 18 of 1908), this 24th day of September, 1909.

Part VI of the Regulations made by the Governor-in-Council on the 19th day of August, 1909, is hereby amended as follows :---

(a.) By the insertion after the word "disorder" in the fourth line of the second regulation under the heading "Penalties" of the words "or the performance of any stage play offensive to good manners, decorum, or calculated to corrupt public morals”.

(b.) By the deletion of the words "these Regulations" under the heading "Exemp- tion" and the substitution therefor of the words "any Regulation contained in Parts II to VI of these Regulations”.
