BE it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Magistrates and Short title. Criminal Law Further Amendment Ordinance, 1909.

2. Section 8 of the Magistrates and Criminal Law Repeal of Amendment Ordinance, 1909, is hereby repealed.

No. 563.-With reference to Government Notifications Nos. 211, 416 and 436 of 1909, it is hereby notified that information has been received from the Government of Madras and H. B. M.'s Consuls at Chefco and Newchwang, to the effect that quarantine restrictions imposed upon arrivals from Hongkong have been withdrawn.

No. 564.-lt is hereby notified that it is the intention of the Governor to make an order, on the 11th day of March, 1910, directing the removal of all graves in Mount Caroline Cemetery which are within the areas coloured red on a plan of the said Cemetery which may be seen during office hours at the Offices of the Sanitary Department, Beacons- field, in the City of Victoria. Such order will be made for the purpose of executing a public work, namely the proper laying out of such areas, in terraces, for future interments.
