Application for Registration of
Trade Marks.
OTICE is hereby given that Messions F. BLACKHEAD AND COMPANY of Vic- toria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, have on the 15th day of July, 1909, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Begis ter of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks:-
I. The representation of an Elephant and 2. The representation of Two Anchors
crossing each other, in the name of FRIEDRICH HEINRICH HOEHNKE and FRIEDRICH JOHANN RU. DOLPH SCHWARZKOPF, who claim to be the sole proprietes thereof.
The Trade Marks have been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of the following goods :- Blue Mottled and Other Soap, in Class 47. Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and of the undersigned.

TITTEL & KRÜGER, carrying on business at Leipzig-Plagwitz in the Empire of Germany and elsewhere as Woolen Yarn CONDITIONS OF LICENCES Manufacturers have on the 27th day of April 1909 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the follow- ing Trade Mark :—
Device of a swimming Swan in a triangle. in the name of the SACHSISCHE WOLLGARN- FABRIK ACT. GES. VORM. TITTEL & KRÜGER who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of the following goods :-
Woolen Yarns, in Class 33.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong.
