COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.
No. 525.--- His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to order, under Section 10 of the Patents Ordinance, 1892, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1892), that the record or file of patents heretofore kept and the Register of Patents provided for by the said Ordinance be transferred from the Colonial Secretary's Office to the office of the Deputy Official Receiver and be placed under the custody of the Deputy Official Receiver with effect from the 1st September,
1909.
