Regulations made by the Governor-in-Council under Section: 6 (f) of the Pharmacy Ordinance, 1908, (Ordinance No. 12 of 1908), this 19th day of August, 1909.
1. Regulation of the Regulations made by the Governor-in-Council on the 17th day of August. 1908, is hereby amended by the substitution in the second line thereof of the words "Captain Superintendent of Police" for the words "Colonial Secretary".
2. The Regulations made by the Governor-in-Council on the 23rd day of December, 1908, and published in Government Notification No. 973 of 1908 are hereby amended:-
(a.) by the addition at the end of Regulation 1 of the words and shall be issued by the Captain Superintendent of l'olice subject to the approval of the Governor";

(b.) by the deletion of the words Covener-in-Council in the sever th line of Form I, and by the substitution of the words "Captain Superintendent of Police" for the words "Clerk of Councils" at the foot of the said Form.
3. The Regulations made by the Governor-in-Council on the 1st day of February, 1909, and publis! ed in Governu ent Notification No. 69 of 1969 are hereby repealed and the following regulations are substituted therefor :-

Regulations for the issue of licences to wholesale dealers for supplying
poisons other than cocaine.
1. Licences shall be issued by the Captain Superintendent of Police, and shall be in the Form prescribed in the Schedule hereto and shall be subject to the conditions endorsed thereon.
2. The Captain Superintendent of Police shall with the approval of the Governor prescribe in each particular case the minimum quantity of the poison or poisons for the wholesale dealing in which such licence is granted.

Conditions.
1. All poisons sold under this licence must be labelled with the name of the article and the word "Poison in English and Chinese.

2. Any person violating any condition of this licence or otherwise violating the pro- visions of any regulations made under section 6 of the Pharmacy Ordinance, 1908, (Ordinance No. 12 of 1908), shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding twenty-five dollars, to be recovered summarily before a Magistrate.
3. This licence must be renewed annually.
