SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Purchaser of the Lot shall not have or be entitled to any right of access to the sea or of access to any water which may be near the said Lot or on which the same abuts or to any compensation for any reclamation made between any part of the said Lot and such sea or water and a special covenant to this effect shall be inserted in the Crown Lease of the Lot.
2. The Purchaser shall within twelve months from the date of sale reclaim the Lot to levels approved by the Land Officer and to his satisfaction.

No. 475.-It is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Wednesday, the 11th August, 1909, for repairs to No. 7 Police Launch.
Specifications can be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office. Repairs to be executed to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
