OTICE is hereby given that the Petition Declaration and Specification required by the above mentioned Ordinance have been duly filed in the office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and that it is the intention of the above named THOMAS WINSTANLEY by DENNYS & BOWLEY, his Solicitors, to apply for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the above named invention at a sitting of the Executive Council to be held at the Council Chamber on Monday

the 19th instant.
