SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Purchaser shall level the whole area of his Lot to the level of the adjoining houses to the satisfaction of the Land Officer.
2. He shall take precautions to preserve intact the shrubs and trees adjoining his Lot and not to damage any adjoining house or threshing floor in the levelling of his Lot.
No. 426.—It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 10 a.m., on Saturday, the 17th day of July, 1909.
The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 2-4 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Threshing Floor subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Govern- ment Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the special condition hereunder specified.
