No. 385. It is hereby notified that the following Sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 10 a.m., on Saturday, the 3rd day of July, 1909.
The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1895, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Kent as Building Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906.
The amount to be spent in rateable improvements on each Lot under the General Con- dition No. 5 is $100.

No. 386.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 12th July, 1909, for the lease of the vacant land above described, for a period of one year, commencing from the 15th July, 1909.
Full particulars of the conditions to which the lease will be subject may be obtained on application to this Office.
Each tender should bear on the cover the words "Tender for vacant land, site of old No. 3 Police Station".
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
