No. 370.-It is hereby notified that SANDER, WIELER AND COMPANY carrying on business at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong and elsewhere as Merchants, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 75 of 1909, as applied to Silk piece goods, in Class 31; and that the same has been duly registered.

No. 371.-It is hereby notified that a meeting of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the Colony will be held at the Magistracy, at 2.15 p.m., on Friday, the 25th June, 1909, for the purpose of considering the following application under the Liquor Licences Ordinances, 8 of 1898 and 8 of 1908, viz. :-
From one R. H. WHITTAKER for permission to remove the business now carried on by him under a Publican's Licence on premises numbered 40, 41 and 42 Praya East, under the sign of "The Praya East Hotel" to premises numbered 1 Queen's Road East, under the new name of "The Victoria Hotel ".
