bas been declared in the above matter.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above

mentioned dividend may be received at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria aforesaid. on Thursday, the 3rd day of June, 1909, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and any subsequent day during office hours.

Creditors applying for payment must pro- duce any bills of exchange or other securities held by them and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.

Application for Registration of Trade Marks.

OTICE is hereby given that the ORIENTAL BREWERY LIMITED of Victora in the Colony of Hongkong has on the 27th day of March 1909 applied for the registration, in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz. :--

A map of the China Sea and the adjacent coasts and waters enclosed in a circle with a monogram consisting of the letters O. B. in the centre. A bove are the words ORIENTAL BREWERY LIMITED in English and Chinese, in the name of the said ORIENTAL BREWERY LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof. The Applicants disel..im all right to

the exclusive use of the letters O. B. except in

the form of the monogram above referred to.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods respectively, in the following class respectively, viz. :-
