NOTICE TO MARINERS.
No. 327. It is hereby notified that all boats and vessels are to keep to the Northward of the inner line of mooring buoys opposite H. M. Dockyard, Victoria, when the Red Flag is hoisted on the mast at the North-west extreme of the Dockyard Basin. This will denote that one of H. M. Ships is being moved in or out of the basin.
