A BILL
ENTITLED
An Ordinance to amend The Larceny Ordinance,
1865.
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Larceny Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1909, and shall be read as one with The Larceny Ordinance, 1865.
2. Section 62 and 63 the Larceny Ordinance, 1865, Reptal. ar hereby repealed.
(Secs. 75 and 76 Larceny Act, 1861)
3. Section 4 of this Ordinance shall be deemed to be construe. substituted for sections 62 and 63 of the Larceny tion. Ordinance, 1865, and references in any enactment to those sections shall be construed 15 references to section 4 of this Ordinance.
4.--(1.) Whosoever :-

Nothing in this section shall apply to or effect any trustee on any express trust created by a deed or will, or any mortgagee of any property, real or personal. in respect of any act done by the trustee or mortgagee in relation to the property comprised in or affected by any such trust or mortgage.
5. This Ordinance shall come into operation on the Commence-
day of

Resolution passed by the Legislative Council this 13th day of May, 1909, under the provisions of Section 49 of the Tramways Ordinance, 1902, (Ordinance No. 10 of 1902).
Resolved that the Resolution regarding the running of Workmen's Cars by the Hong- kong Tramway Electric Company, Limited, now known as the Electric Traction Company of Hongkong, Limited, passed by the Legislative Council on the 21st day of June, 1906, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
