No. 288.-It is hereby notified that GEOFFREY NORMAN ORME is authorised by the Governor-in-Council under Section 2 of the New Territories Small Debts Court Ordinance, 1908, (Ordinance No. 22 of 1908), to hold a Small Debts Court in the New Territories (exclusive of New Kowloon) at the following places :—

Tai Po, Sha Tau Kok, Sheung Shui, Shatin, San Tin, Tai K'iu, Au Tau, P'eng Shan, Sai Kung, Tsun Wan, Tai O, Tung Chung, Cheung Chau and Yeung Shu Wan.

His Excellency the Governor addressed the Council on the subject of the Observatory in connection with a recent visit of the Director to the Manila Observatory.
