Notice of First General Meeting of Creditors.

Re TSANG KING of No. 1 Praya, Kennedy Town, in the Colony of Hongkong, Contractor.

SATURDAY, the 17the tole tea, le isely. at 11 o'clock in the forencon, precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above Matter, to be held at the Supreme Court House, Victoria afore- said, in the Small Court.

No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt.

Forms of Proof and Froxy can be obtained at the Official Receiver's Office during office hours.

At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtor shall be adjudged Bankrupt or whether they, the Creditors, will entertain a proposal for a Composition or Scheme of Arrangement.

floating on water amongst some water plants. Above which is printed the word Lovering" and the Chinese

characters 鴛鴦 reading Un Yeung meaning Two bodies or substances of the same nature but different in formation or colour, and below which are written the Chinese

OHL of Mong Kok in the Colony of Honek ng Tobacco Manufacturers have on the 18th day of December 1908 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :—

1. The word “Grandasia surmounting a figure of a woman draped in a flow- ing garment with a bird on her hend sitting on a throne with the sun at her back between two elephants? heads with her right arm resting on one bead holding a wreath, her left arm resting on the back of the throne and holding a branch of a tree at her left side is a cornucopia the whole standing on a carpet in front of her are two sitting figures holding each a tan on either side of a fancy lectern: on the right side re a dragon a temple and eight figures one leading a tiger, on the left side are two figures two boats on some water two houses a pagoila shrubs and a dragon.

2. The words The Orient Tobacco Manu- factury in Roman and Chinese characters and the name "C. In- genoll the whole being surroun ei by a fancy border.

3. The words The Orient Tobacco Manu- factury Victoria" in Roman charac- ters on a cloud with rays of light all round the cloud.

4. The words "Grandasia Victoria" vil-

closed in a fancy setting.

5. The representation of a woman from her waist upwards dressed in beads sitting on a chair her left arm holding the arm of the clair, the representa- tion of a bird on her head; the whole being surrounded by a fancy border in which are the words "Grandasia at the top and "The Orient Tobacco Manufactury Victoria "at the bottom written in Roman characters and the equivalent thereof in Chinese charac- ters at the side and the letters "O.T." in each corner,

6. The Chinese characters

meaning the Orient Tobacco Manu- factury, printed in a label horizontal- ly in red in the centre of other printed words in English and Chinese descriptive of the goods to which such label is applied and the manu- facturers thereof, being the Ap- plicants,

in the name of THE ORIENT TOBACCO MANU- FACTURY C. INGENOHL who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods in the following class :-

Tobacco, in Class 45.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Colonial of Secretary of Hongkong and of the undersigned.
