No. 218. The King's Exequatur empowering Mr. J. H. DE REUS to act as Consul General for the Netherlands at Hongkong has received His Majesty's signature.

No. 219. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint GEORGE MONTAGUE HARSTON, M.B., to be a Member of the Medical Board under Section 10 of the Medical Registration Ordinance, 1884, and to serve as Secretary during the absence from the Colony of Dr. FREDERIC OSMUNd Stedman,
