It is hereby notified that a taceting of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the Colony will be held at the Magistracy, at 2.15 p.m., on Tuesday, the 13th April, 1909, for the purpose of considering the following application under the Liquor Licences Ordinances, 8 of 1898 and 8 of 1908, viz.

From one ARTHUR E. GAGUON for a publican's licence to sell by retail intoxi- cating liquors on premises numbered 2, Pak Shui Wan, under the sign of "The Belle View Hotel".
