Regulation made by the Governor-in-Council under Section 3 of the Public Holidays Ordinance, 1875, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1875), this 31st day of March, 1909.
The Police Magistrates' Department shall be, and the same is hereby excluded from the operation of the Public Holidays Ordinance, 1875, on Saturday, the 10th day of April, 1909.

PAPERS. The Colonial Secretary, by command of His Excellency the Governor, laid on the table the following papers :-

REPORT OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE.-The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committee, dated the 25th February, 1909, and moved its adoption.
The Colonial Treasurer seconded.
