In the matter of the Mail Ships Acts, 1891 and 1902, and in the matter of the

Order in Council, 190

1, E.F., an assistant secretary of the Board of Trade, do hereby on behalf of the said Board, apply to this honourable Court, pursuant to the said Acts, for an order requiring that the security given by

(name of owner) shall be made sufficient, and say as follows :-

1. By an order made, &c., this Court fixed the security to be given by the said owner, namely

[1A. State any previous orders of the Court requiring security to be made sufficient.]
