Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
NOTICE is hereby given that KWONG
YEE WING AND COMPANY carrying on business at Victoria in the Colony of Hong- kong and elsewhere as Flour Merchants have, on the 20th day of October 1908 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks:--

The representation of Bamboo trees- above which is depicted a scroll on which is printed the word "Bam- and below which appears the boo name Kwong Yee Wing and Com- pany On the right hand side of the mark are written the Chinese reading characters Kwong Yee Wing being the equiva- lent in Chinese of Kwong Yee Wing and Company and on the left hand side of the mark are written the Chinese characters reading Luk Chuk meaning Green bamn- boo".
2. The representation of a basket inside of which are several water caltrops- above which are printed the words "Water caltrops" and below which appears the name Kwong Yee Wing & Company. On the right hand side of the mark are written the Chinese characters
reading Ling Kok meaning Water caltrops" and
on the left hand side of the mark are written the Chinese characters
廣裕榮 being the equivalent
in Chinese of Kwong Yee Wing & Company.
in the name of KWONG YEE WING AND COM- PANY who claim to be the proprietors thereof. The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants since the month of September 1907 in respect of the following goods
