✅ THE bankrupt having applied to the Court for his discharge, the Court has fixed Thursday, the 25th day of March, 1909, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for hearing the application.

At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtor shall be adjudged Bankrupt or whether they, the Creditors, will entertain a proposal for a Composition or Scheme of Arrangement,

Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
TOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. ROMBACH AND COMPANY trading at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong as Mer chants have on the 6th day of February 1909 applied for the registration in Hongkoug in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :-
(1) A Stag standing under a tree upon a ledge of rock looking out to sea. In the background are mountains and the whole is surrounded by a fancy border.
(2.) Two Musk-deer standing in a field having a ridge of hills in the back. gound the whole being surrounded by a fancy border,
in the name of JOSEPH ALBERT ROMBACH who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.
The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods
Soap and Perfumery, in Class 48. Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and of the undersigned.
