No 108. It is hereby notified that the SPERRY FLOUR COMPANY INCORPORATED, carrying on the business of Merchant Millers in the States of California and Washington in the United States of America, the Chief Office of the said Company being at 133 Spear Street in the City and County of San Francisco in the State of California aforesaid, has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of its Mark No. 23 of 1909, as applied to Flour, in Class 42; and that the same has been duly registered.

No. 109.—It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-in-Council has, on the 1st day of February, 1909, under the provisions of Section 13 of the Trade Marks Ordin- ance, 1898, (Ordinance No. 6 of 1898), cancelled the registration in respect of goods in Class 5 of the two "Stag" Trade Marks of Messrs. LAUTS WEGENER AND COMPANY which were registered on the 3rd May, 1886, and 30th December, 1889, respectively.

No. 110. It is hereby notified that JONAS AND COLVER LIMITED (Old Company) have by assignment transferred their three trade marks (one registered on the 31st October, 1892, in respect of goods in Classes 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 19 and two registered on the 22nd February, 1908, in respect of goods in Classes 5 and 6 respectively) to JONAS AND COLVER LIMITED (New Company) of Continental Steel Works and Novo Steel Works, Sheffield, England.

No. 111. It is hereby notified that Messrs. LAUTS, WEGENER & Co., have by assign- ment transferred their 46 trade marks (22, 18, 2, 1, 2 and 1 registered on the 3rd May, 1886, 30th December, 1889, 16th May, 1893, 23rd March, 1898, 6th June, 1905 and 15th Septem- ber, 1906, respectively, in respect of various goods in various Classes to Messrs. JEBSEN & Co. of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong.
