EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.
No. 102.-His Excellency the Governor-in-Council has, under Section 90 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1903), this day selected and appointed Lot No. 639 Survey District 5 as a sufficient and proper place to be the site of and to be used as a Cemetery or burial ground for Chinese, from the first day of February, 1909, and it shall from that date, and until further notice, be deemed to be an authorised Cemetery.

Regulation made by His Excellency the Governor under Section 12 of the Post Office Ordinance, 1900, (Ordinance No. 6 of 1900), this 14th day of February, 1909.
The transmission by post of Opium, Morphia, Morphine and Cocaine is prohibited.
No. 104. It is hereby notified that the GANDY BELTING COMPANY, a corporation existing under the Laws of the State of Maryland and doing business at 728 West Pratt Street, City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, U.Š.A., has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of its Mark No. 19 of 1909, as applied to Power Transmission Belting made of Cotton, in Class 25; and that the same has been duly registered.
No. 105.—It is hereby notified that the STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF NEW YORK, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, and having its principal place of business at No. 26 Broadway, in the City, County and State of New York, U.S.A., has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of its Mark No. 20 of 1909, as applied to Oil Lamps, in Class 13; and that the same has been duly registered.
No. 106. It is hereby notified that the STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF NEW YORK, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, and having its principal place of business at No. 26 Broadway, in the City, County and State of New York, U.S.A., has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of its Mark No. 21 of 1909, as applied to Oil Lamps, in Class 13; and that the same has been duly registered.
No. 107. It is hereby notified that the SPERRY FLOUR COMPANY INCORPORATED, carrying on the business of Merchant Millers in the States of California and Washington in the United States of America, the Chief Office of the said Company being at 133 Spear Street in the City and County of San Francisco in the State of California aforesaid, has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of its Mark No. 22 of 1909, as applied to Flour, in Class 42; and that the same has been duly registered..
