MASTERS of Vessels and others are cautioned that when approaching the Venus Harbor Jetty a good lookout should be kept for an Obstruction to Navigation, as it is reported that a large truck has gone over the Sea End of the Jetty, and that a portion of its whereabouts cannot now be ascertained.
This affects Admiralty Charts 1061 and 1066.

CHARACTER AND CANDLE POWER OF NOJIMA-ZAKI LIGHT TO BE CHANGED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the character and candle power of Nojima-zaki Light on Nojima-zaki, Awa province, will be changed, by the end of March of this year, as
follows:-
Character of light :-Occulting white light, light 15 seconds, eclipsed 5 seconds. Candle power:-26,000.
Further notice will be given when the change has been effected.

KODZUKAMI-SHO BUOY REMOORED.
NOTICE is hereby given that Kodzukami-sho Buoy ENE. of Kami-shima, Irako Channel, broken adrift from its moorings (see Notification No. 1410 of Department of Communica- tions, December 1908), has been remoored, thus:-
Position about 420 feet eastward of Kodzukami-sho.
Depth of water :----about 10 fathoms at L.W.S.T.
Magnetic bearings taken from the buoy
West end of Irako-zaki
Islet near the south end of Kami-shima
North end of Kami-shima
..N. 31° E.
.S. 48° 15′ W.
...........S. 84° 15′ W.
Construction, painting, and the others are same as the former.
