NOTICES TO MARINERS.

No. 86. It is hereby notified that the Master of the S.S. Rubi reports having passed on the 1st February a Nun Buoy painted black with cage on top, drifting 97 miles South and 44 miles East of Waglan Island: Latitude 21°.01 N. Longitude 115°.31 E.

No. 87.-It is hereby notified that until further notice Steam-launches are prohibited from passing between H.M.S. Merlin and the Naval Dockyard.
