Regulations made by the Governor-in-Council under Section 6 (f) of the Pharmacy Ordinance, 1908, (Ordinance No. 12 of 1908), for the issue of Licences to Wholesale Dealers this ist day of February, 1909.
In reference to Government Notification No. 566 published in the Government Gazette of August 21st 1968 the following further regulations have been made by the Governor-in- Council for the issue of licences to wholesale dealers under the Pharmacy Ordinance 1968:-
1. All poisons sold under such licence shall be labelled with the name of the article and the word Poison in English and hinese.
2. The Governor-in-Council may prescribe in each particular case the minimum quantity of the poison or poisons for the wholesale dealing in which such licence is granted.
3. Such licences shall be in the form prescribed in the Schedule hereto, or as near thereto as circumstances permit, and shall be subject to the conditions endorsed thereon.

SCHEDULE.
THE PHARMACY ORDINANCE 1:08.
Wholesale Licence.
is licensed to sell, by bond jide wholesale transactions and subject to the conditions endorsed hereon at the premises known as the undermentioned poisons in quantities not less than those stated opposite each.
Name of Poison.
Minimum quantity that may be sold.
Conditions to be endorsed on the Licence.
Colonial Secretary.
1. All poisons sold under this licence must be labelled with the name of the article and the word Poison in English and Chinese.
2. Any person violating any condition embodied in this licence or otherwise violating the provisions of any regulation made under Section 6 of The Pharmacy Ordinance, 1908 (Ordinance No. 12 of 1908), shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding twenty-five dollars to be recovered summarily before a Magistrate.
3. This licence must be renewed annually.

Rules made by the Governor-in-Council under Sub-section 8 of Section 4 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, (Ordin- ance No. 10 of 1899), this 1st day of February, 1909.
The Rules made by the Governor-in-Council on the 1st day of December, 1908, and published in Government Notification No. 912 of 1908 are hereby amended by the omission of the words "for the Extra Master's Certificate and" in Rule 19A, and by the omission of the words "the Extra Master and" in Rule 20A.
