SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Purchaser shall not during the terin for which the Lot is sold permit or allow the land to remain uncultivated according to the custom of the country for a continuous period of five consecutive years and a covenant to that effect shall be inserted in the Crown Lease of the Lot.
2. No Buildings shall be erected on the Lot.
