Rule made by His Excellency the Governor-in-Council under Section 6 (1) of the Stamp Ordinance, 1901, (Ordinance No. 16 of 1901), as amended by Ordinance No. 38 of 1902, this 4th day of January, 1909.
On and from the fourth day of January, 1909, the Stamp Duty payable in respect of any Godown Warrant or Receipt, being of the nature of an Agreement, shall be Ten Cents in place of One Dollar as in Article 2 in the First Schedule to Ordinance No. 38 of 1902.

No. 3.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-in-Council has made the following amendment in the Schedule to Government Notification No. 834 of the 12th November, 1908, viz., that to the allotments of area A2 therein shown the following addi- tion be made :-
A 2 Civil Service Cricket Club ......Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.
No. 5.--Government Notification No. 509 published in the Hongkong Government Gazette of the 2nd August, 1907, is hereby corrected by substituting the figures "1907 " for the figures "1906 in Section 1 of Ordinance 11 of 1907, which said figures appeared in the original Ordinance when assented to by His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government and were inadvertently misprinted in the Government Notification above referred to.
