NOTICE is hereby given that Ethyl Gaso- line Corporation, Moraine City, Dayton, Ohio, United States of America, Manufacturers, have, on the 8th day of July, 1927, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:---
ETHYL
in the name of Ethyl Gasoline Corporation, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants, since April, 1923, in respect of the following goods:-
Refined, semi-refined and unrefined oils
and
groases. chemicals, alcohols, anti-knock compounds for motor fuels, hydrocarbons, petroleum, etc., both with and without admixture of animal, vegetable or mineral substances, for illuminating, burn- ing, power, solvent, fuel and lubricating purposes, in Class 47.
