Notice of Dividend Declared.

Re Tai Shun Ship Yard, of Lam Lo Aplichau in the Colony of Hong Kong.

SECOND and final dividend of $2.50 per cent has been declared in the above

matter.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above

mentioned dividend may be received at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, afore- said on the 22nd day of December, 1927, be- tween the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and .on any subsequent day during office hours.

Creditors applying for payment must pro- duce any bills of Exchange or other securities hold by them, and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.

HE Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before the 31st day of December, 1927, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to John Hennessey Seth and Sydney Hampden Ross, Incorporated Account- ants, No. 6, Voeux Road Central, the Liquidators of the said Company, and, if so required, by notice in writing from the said Liquidators, are, by their Solicitors, or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be exclud- ed from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE is hereby given that on Thurs lay

the 29th December, 1927, a drawing for the redemption of two hundred Debentures will be held in the Sanitary Board-Room Post Office Building, at 5.30 p.m.

The numbers of the Debentures drawn will be published in the Hong Kong Government Gazette and the local Newspapers, and holders of drawn Debentures may, upon giving notice to the Secretary waiving the six months' notice to which they are entitled, apply on the 16th January, 1928, to the Secretary, for payment of the principal and interest to the 15th January, 1928.

Holders of Debentures are invited to attend the drawing.
