Ordinance shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars and to impri- sonment for any term not exceeding six months.

13. The Printers and Publishers Ordinance, 1886, is repealed.

14. This Ordinance shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1928.
