NOTIC

OTICE is hereby given that Messrs. Dai Nippon Jinzo Hiryo Kabushiki Kaisha a corporation duly organised under the laws of Japan and carrying on business at No. 59, Itchome, Oshima Machi, Minami Katsushika Gun, Tokyo Fu, Japan, have, by an application dated the 12th day of August, 1927, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :-

in the name of the said corporation, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Marks numbered (2) and (6) are intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of chemical substances used in manufactures, photography, or philosophical research, and anti-corrosives (Class 1) and the Marks numbered (1), (2), (3), (4), and (5), in respect of chemical substances used for agricultural, horticultural, veterinary and sanitary purposes, (Class 2).

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the representation of the national flags of the Japanese Empire as in the Marks numbered (3) and (4) above.

Facsimiles of the said Marks can be seen in the Registry of Trade Marks and the offices of the undersigned.
