Wrigley Jr. Company a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of West Virginia, Manufacturers, with a principal place of business at 400 North Michigan Avenue, City of Chicago, County of Cook, State of Illinois, United States of America, have, on the 13th day of August, 1927, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--

The Trade Mark is to be used by the Applicant in respect of Chemical

substances prepared for use in Medicine and Pharmacy in Class 3.

in the name of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants, since 18th May, 1922, in respect of the following goods:-

Sugar-coated chewing gum, in Class 42.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the letters "P. K,'

The Trade Mark is to be associated with
