Re Joseph Louis Duraut an Marie Flint, partners in the businesses carried on under the styles or firm names of The Café Restaurant Parisien, An Chic Parisien, Ma- dame Flint, the Beauty Parlour Parisian and The Europe-Asia Trading Company, al Pedder Building, Pedder Street, and at No. 11, Ice House Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong.

Petitions dated the 15th day of September, 1927.

Receiving Orders dated the 29th day of September, 1927.

NOTICE is hereby given that Tuesday, the

11th day of Dctober, 1927, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in both the above matters, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, Hong Kong.

No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt at least 24 hours before the Meeting.

Forms of proof can be obtained and filled in at the Official Receiver's Office during office hours.

At the First General Meeting, the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the debtors shall be adjudged bankrupt.
