Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, on the 6th day of July,
1927, applied for the Registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks.-

KNITTING WOOL
MADE IN ENGLAND
in the name of the said Hung Tai and
Company,(1), who claim
to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of the following goods and in the following Class respectively, viz:- Knitting Wool under Class 33." With the exception of the words "Golden Castle", the applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the English words in
the said Trade Mark.
The right to the exclusive use of the follow-
ing Chinese characters is also disclaimed viz:-
英國最老牌(meaning Oldest
English Brand).
四股毛絨線 (meaning 4 ply
Woollen thread).
顏色鮮明(neaning fresh
and bright colour),
質地軟滑 (meaning soft and
